Chris built A Pest Pro around real-estate agents, builders, and banks — not door-to-door residential routes. The work is mostly vacant properties: you send the address, we coordinate lock-box access, and we finish without needing to meet the end customer.
Word of mouth is enough. The crew stays small so turnaround stays fast. If you need a property inspected, treated, or structurally repaired so a deal can close, that is the job.
